I'm happy to report a renewed frency in our local Oakmont market! 

Yesterday,  my seller of the property at 6392 Stone Bridge Rd received several offers for the highly desirable Juniper floor plan! This home has very rare vaulted ceilings and a private yard that backs to Annadel State Park.  What a super location! The home has been shown frequently over the past few days after going back on the market after a cancelled escrow...only to be "hit" by a flurry on offers!!!
