There are so many wonderful “Wine-Country-Get-A-Way” properties on the market right now. There are many buyers who can’t decide what to buy…and with the economy crunching everyone’s pocketbook, the buyers are sitting on the sidelines waiting to see if the economy will recover or if there will be more price reductions. I think this is the wrong approach. The best thing for the economy is money flow…so, if you are able to purchase real estate, in any price range, now is the BEST time to buy… seller’s are anxious to sell! Real estate prices are at bottm prices. So, get out there with your extra money and invest in real estate. (Spoken like a true realtor!)
Wow! This year’s fall color is incredible! I haven’t seen the fall colors so vivid in years! I believe the mild weather has left the beautifully colored leaves to hang on the vines and trees longer. Usually, our early fall rains knock off all the leaves leaving bare branches for Thanksgiving. Warm weather ( 90 degrees Nov.14th) adds to the ambience of the wine country. People visiting from other parts of the country are surprised we still have this warm of weather.
