Snow in Sonoma Co?

Doesn't happen every year, but when it does it's a thrill to see and feel the chill.. I'm talking the snow we got in Sonoma County this weekend...up to two feet in some places of Lake County! I used to live in Cobb Mountain, Lake Co and it was such a rarity and an inconvenience because the snow would virtually halt all things moving...we even lost power for a few days and ended camping in our living room near the wood stove to stay warm and ended up cooking a chicken in the wood stove! Such was rural mountain living. Back down in the flats of Sonoma County it was much more fun to SEE the snow than to actually experience the white stuff!

... I did have a home in mind, to show them that day... off we trotted to THE ONE! This newer single level home was everything they had asked for! But, before they would write an offer, they needed to go home and think about it.

Well, of course, as always...if YOU like something, it means, someone else likes it, too!

By the next morning, there was another offer on this home. I knew from past experience, that a back up offer may be the way to win in the end. So, we secured that 2nd back up offer. As this story ends...three weeks into this offer, as luck would have it, the first buyers backed out...my buyers got the house they wanted and all ends well!
